The real challenge to providing great coffee is to provide fresh coffee.
Coffee is perishable and in many ways like bread. It is perishable in the sense that coffee is at its peak for about 4 weeks after it is roasted. After that time its flavor diminishes until it becomes stale.
My solution to the freshness challenge is to provide fresh roasted coffee to order.
Coffee is like grapes grown for wine. Each year produces a quantity of specific beans. When that supply is gone or sold out it is gone forever. The next year crop with be similar but differences, primarily in weather, result in different qualities making it more or less desirable than the previous year. This is good and bad; bad because we find a specific bean we love and sooner or later it is no longer available, good because this forces us to try other varieties that we may enjoy even more! It results in a never ending journey of experiencing new and different beans. We encourage you to try all of our coffee varieties and blends. We are sure you will find several favorites...while they last!
You simply need to select a coffee, your roasting preference, amount and date desired. I will confirm your order within 48 hours you will be drinking the freshest coffee you can or your coffee selection will be in the mail.
